• Hira Kasis ( Ferrous sulphate ) :  Ferrous sulfate is a type of iron.Human normally get iron from the foods you eat. In human body, iron becomes a part of  hemoglobin and myoglobin. Hemoglobin carries oxygen through  blood to tissues and organs. Myoglobin helps muscle cells store oxygen.Ferrous Sulfate is an essential body mineral. Ferrous sulfate is used to treat iron deficiency anemia
• Zafran ( Crocus Sativus linn ) :  Saffron is used for asthma, whooping cough , and to loosen phlegm (as an expectorant). It is also used for sleep problems (insomnia), cancer, “hardening of the arterie” (atherosclerosis), intestinal gas (flatulence), depression, Alzheimer’s disease, fright, shock, spitting up blood (hemoptysis), pain, heartburn, and dry skin.

Dosage of Habbe Mudir

One pill to be given thrice in a day with 250 ml milk.
