Osteoarthritis is inflammation of joints, that affects any joint, but it occurs most often in knees, hips, lower back and neck, small joints of the fingers and the bases of the thumb and big toe. Osteoarthritis occurs in people of all ages, osteoarthritis is most common in people older than 65.  Symptoms include:  Joint pain and stiffness, Cracking of joints, Restricted movement of joints.

Action of Individual Ingredients

• Arnica Mont: Limbs and body ache as if beaten; joints as if sprained. Pain in back and limbs, as if bruised or beaten. Sprained and dislocated feeling is relieved
• Cimicifuga Rac: Aching in limbs,  Heaviness in lower extremities. Heavy, aching, tensive pain. Pains like electric shocks.
• Kalmia Lat:  Pains shift rapidly. Pains shoot downwards, with numbness. Joints red, hot, swollen. Pains and aching in limbs accompany nearly every group of symptoms.
• Terebinth: Aching soreness, Itching and Pulsating pains. Swelling of feet, Sensation of stiffness in all the muscles, with difficult, slow, stooping gait.
• Ledum Pal: Gouty pains shoot all through the foot and limb, and in joints, Cracking in joints, Ball of great to swollen. Joints are swollen, hot and pale.
• Ruta Grav: Acts upon the periosteum and cartilages, All parts of the body are painful, as if bruised. Pain in bones of feet and ankles. All parts of the body are painful.
• Hekla. Lava: Inflammations and swellings which are painful to touch are well recovered.
• Bryonia Alba: Stitching pains in Joints, greatly aggravated by any motion. Hot swelling of feet. Joints red, swollen, hot, with stitches and tearing.

Dosage

10 to 15 drops in little water before every meal four times a day or as described by the physician.
