Nature’s Velvet Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc with Vitamin D3 Tablet contains Calcium (Calcium Citrate-Malate) (500mg), Vitamin D3 (200IU), Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide) (12.85mg), Manganese Sulphate (2.5mg), Zinc (as Zinc Sulphate) (10mg), Copper (as Copper Sulphate) (1.5mg) and Vitamin K (22.5mcg) as major ingredients.
